PP材料：
聚丙烯采用齊格勒-納塔催化劑使丙烯催化聚合而得，它是分子鏈節排列得很規整的結晶形等規聚合物。聚丙烯英文名為Polypropylene，簡稱PP（以下或簡稱PP），俗稱百折膠。聚丙烯按其結晶度可以分為等規聚丙烯和無規，等規聚丙烯為高度結晶的熱塑性樹脂，結晶度高達95%以上，分子量在8~15萬之間，以下介紹的聚丙烯主要為等規聚丙烯。而無規聚丙烯在室溫下是一種非結晶的、微帶粘性的白色蠟狀物，分子量低（3000~10000），結構不規整缺乏內聚力，應用較少。
PP成型特性：
1.結晶料，吸濕性小，易發生融體破裂，長期與熱金屬接觸易分解。
2.流動性好，但收縮范圍及收縮值大，易發生縮孔，凹痕，變形。
3.冷卻速度快，澆注系統及冷卻系統應緩慢散熱，并注意控制成型溫度，模具溫度低于50度時，塑件不光滑，易產生熔接不良，流痕，90度以上易發生翹曲變形。
4.塑料壁厚須均勻，避免缺膠，尖角，以防應力集中。
