除油整理TexTrit? Greaseless
Greaseless 是高濃度染色精煉同浴除油精煉劑，具有良好的脫脂乳化能力，對化纖類纖維的礦物油和紡絲油、織造油劑等都能充分地進行乳化、分散，并可以避免形成浮油及浮蠟；是去除各種油污、斑漬的理想助劑，即使添加至連續(xù)精練浴中也能達到目的。適用于添加至酸性～堿性染浴中進行染色同浴加工。

二、使用方法
1.化纖織物的精煉除油
TexTrit? Greaseless：0.2～0.5 g/L
碳酸鈉 ：1～2.0 g/L
浴 比 ：1∶10，80℃～95℃, 20～60分鐘
將去油劑TexTrit? Greaseless 邊用水稀釋邊攪拌，稀釋后和碳酸鈉一起加到精練浴中，調(diào)節(jié)至所定的液量。
2.精煉乳化染色同浴除油
分散染料：X%
TexTrit? Greaseless：0.2～0.5%（o.w.f）
pH值：4～7
工藝條件：110～130℃，保溫45～60分鐘
注意事項
TexTrit? Greaseless 即可直接使用，其可以與水：1：5～8倍稀釋后使用。 本產(chǎn)品和與陰、非離子藥劑以及常規(guī)印染加工中使用的助劑均具有良好的相容性。
貯 存
存放在陰涼干燥通風的地方，該產(chǎn)品的貯存期限至少為6個月。開封后盡快用完。如果沒有用完，請蓋緊防止產(chǎn)品揮發(fā)或混入異物。
室內(nèi)存放，避免高溫、嚴寒。

TexTrit? Greaseless
Greaseless is a high concentration degreasing scouring agent used in the same bath as dye, which has good degreasing and emulsifying capability. It can fully emulsify and disperse the mineral oil, spinning oil and weaving/knitting oil in chemical fibers, and avoid the formation of floating oil and wax. It is an ideal finishing agent for removing various oil stains. Even when added to the continuous scouring bath, it can achieve the purpose. It is suitable to be added in acid to alkaline dyeing bath for dyeing in the same bath.

Usage:
1. Scouring and degreasing of synthetic fibers
TexTrit?Greaseless: 0.2～0.5 g/L
Sodium carbonate: 1～2.0 g/L
Bath ratio: 1∶10, 80℃～95℃, 20～60min
Dilute TexTrit? Greaseless with water while stirring. Then add to the scouring bath together with sodium carbonate. Finally adjust until the specified the liquid volume.
2. One bath degreasing by scouring and emulsification
Disperse dye: X%
Greaseless: 0.2～0.5%（o.w.f）
pH value: 4～7
