耐日曬牢度整理劑HOLPOSON? Color Keep-Sun 隨著人們生活水平的提高，對于一些裝飾材料的耐日曬牢度要求越來越高，尤其是家用的窗簾、汽車內部的坐墊及戶外帳篷等材料，我司RST 主要是為提高滌綸、棉、皮革等面料的耐日曬色牢度而研發的產品，整理后的面料，具有優異的耐日曬效果，可提升色牢度1級左右。
一、物化性能
外 觀 淡黃色液體

pH值 約 6-7
溶 解 性 易稀釋分散于水中
二、使用方法
1．浸軋工藝
用 量： 30-50g/L
軋液率 ： 60％
浸軋（一浸一軋） → 130-150℃烘干
2．浸漬工藝
用 量： 3 - 5%（o.w.f.）
常溫下浸漬10-20min → 130-150℃烘干
產品性能
1．提高織物耐日曬牢度性能；
2．為保證產品的穩定性，整理后的面料可能會有顏色的變化，請務必試樣確認后進行大貨處理；
3．針對部分分散染料染色織物可染色同浴處理。
注意事項
1. 使用前請先搖勻，用冷水或者溫水（30-40℃）化料，保持產品穩定性；
2. 使用后請密閉容器蓋，防止異物混入和產品干燥；
3. 與熒光染料拼用時可能會出現熒光消色問題，請先做試驗確認后使用。
貯存
HOLPOSON? Color Keep-Sun 包裝：16KG 塑料桶，貯存期為 12 個月。
室內存放，避免高溫、嚴寒。

With the improvement of people's living standard,there are higher and higher requirements for some decorative materials, especially for home curtains, cushion in cars, outdoor tents and other materials. The product is mainly developed to improve the color fastness of polyester, cotton, leather and other fabrics to sunlight. The finished fabric has excellent sunlight durability and can improve the color fastness by about 1 level.
