HOLPOSON? HOT 適合用于棉，粘膠，滌綸，晴綸等各種纖維的后整理。其作用原理 HOLPOSON? HOT 是處理在面料上，使面料周圍的水蒸氣或者汗蒸汽凝聚成水珠或者汗珠所產出的凝聚熱，讓人體感受到暖感，從而達到蓄熱保暖的功能。

二、使用方法
用量：因被處理物的種類而異，一般為6.0~10.0%（o.w.f.）
1、浸軋法
用量： HOLPOSON? HOT 80~130g/l
處理方法：二浸二軋，帶液率在80%左右，120℃以上烘干定型
2、浸漬法（適用棉、粘膠）
用量：6-10%（o.w.f.）
均勻化料整理液 浸漬（20分鐘） 脫水（帶液量50%左右） 烘干（80℃） 定型（120度，1-2分鐘）
3、熔絲法
根據實際，結合技術建議用量配制材料

產品使用前請確認面料是否處理疏水柔軟劑,建議添加親水性柔軟劑，配制好的工作液請于當日內使用

HOT is suitable for finishing cotton, viscose, polyester, acrylic and other fibers. Its working principle is as follows: The product treated on the fabric make the water vapor or sweat vapor around the fabric condense into water drops. And the condensation heat produced makes the human body feel warm, so as to achieve the function of heat storage and warmth preservation.

Usage:
Dosage: Depends on different types of materials to be treated. Generally 6.0-10.0% (o.w.f.)
1. Padding method
Dosage: HOT 80-130g/L
Treatment method: Dip and roll twice, with liquid rate of about 80%, drying and heat setting above 120 ℃
2. Impregnation method (applicable to cotton and viscose)
Dosage: 6-10% (o.w.f.)
Dissolv evenly to prepare the solution → impregnation (20 minutes) → dehydration (about 50% of liquid content) → drying (80 ℃) → heat setting (120 ℃, 1-2 minutes)
3. Melt spinning method
Prepare the solution according to the actual situation and technical suggestions.
Attentions:
Before using the product, please confirm whether the fabric is treated with hydrophobic softener. It is recommended to add hydrophilic softener. The prepared working solution should be used within the same day.
